Introduction
Welcome to Away Message App (the "App") operated by Away Message App ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which cover everything you need to know about using the app we’ve created just for you.
Using our App means you accept these Terms. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, you’re welcome to stop using the App (but we’d be sad to see you go!).
Eligibility & Account Use
To create an account and use Away Message, you must:
Be at least 18 years old; OR
If under 18, have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for managing your account.
If you are not your own legal guardian due to age or other legal status, a verified legal guardian must approve your account setup and message creation. We reserve the right to request proof of legal guardianship where necessary and to suspend or remove accounts that violate this policy.
When setting up your account, make sure to provide info that’s current and accurate. Missing or inaccurate details may result in us having to close your account — which is no fun for anyone.
Your password is your key—so please keep it safe! You’re responsible for any actions that happen under your account, whether they’re done by you or someone else using your password.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, features, and original materials are exclusively ours at Away Message App. Feel free to enjoy and use them within the App, but know they can’t be used elsewhere without our written permission.
User Responsibilities & Legal Capacity
By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to create and send messages. If you are using the App under the supervision of a legal guardian, that guardian is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
Away Message App is not responsible for any messages created or sent by users who do not have the legal capacity to do so. We reserve the right to remove messages or accounts that are found to be in violation of this policy.
Links to Other Sites
Our App might include links to other websites or services we don’t own or control. We’re not responsible for these third-party sites or their privacy practices, so we recommend reading their policies if you visit them.
Ending Your Account
We hope you stick around, but if you break these Terms, we may need to close your account right away. If you decide to stop using the App, you can discontinue use and delete your account — no hard feelings.
Limitation of Liability
We’ve built Away Message with care, and we’re committed to providing a secure and reliable experience. However, in the unlikely event something goes wrong, Away Message App and its team can’t be held responsible for any losses, whether related to app access, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access to your data.
